MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
Membership of the ICAM is open to lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, experts, academics, business persons, law firms and commercial and trading organisations. The ICAM is open to persons with an interest in international commercial arbitration or ADR.
Proof of experience in ADR practice;
or
Completed ICAM introductory/ Certificate course on Arbitration or Mediation or Negociation;
or
Completed a recognized equivalent course;
or
Registred for ICAM's training course;
or
Invested to be connected to ICAM's ADR community
Respect ICAM Code of Ethics and ICAM Code of Conduct (for Mediators)

ICAM MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCEDURE
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WITH THEIR COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM BY EMAIL TO: INFO@ICAM-ADR.COM :
a copy of a valid passport (or National ID Card)
01 photo (passport size)
proof that the applicant meets ICAM Membership Criteria
a recent criminal record (less than 3 months)
copy of the applicant detailled CV
Payment of the annual Membership Fee US$ 350 (or equivalent in the local currency of your country)
Applications are reviewed and subject to approval by ICAM Management.
Memberships are annual and renewal is on the enrollment date. If the application is rejected, Membership Fee will be refund.
