ICAM TRAININGS
ICAM training allows you to practice as Arbitrators or Mediators at ICAM, as well as with other arbitration and mediation bodies. ICAM training are also useful for developing one's knowledge in the context of one's daily professional practice in the company, as well as for effectively following an arbitration procedure.
INTRODUCTORY ARBITRATION COURSE
THIS COURSE PROVIDES THE EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED FOR ICAM'S ARBITRATORS DESIGNATION. Developed by ICAM, this in-person course introduces learners to arbitration procedures and applications from conducting hearings to analyzing evidence and writing awards. This course is suitable for both lawyers and other professionals without a legal background.
ORGANISATIONS' TRAINING
ICAM has taken the initiative of providing specialised, sector-based and customised training programmes on ADR depending on the organisations’ need. In customised training courses, ICAM designs outline and module as per organisations’ requirement having relevance to the concept of ADR.
